Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to be conducted in the State of Florida, United States.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and KodexApps regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
